So here is the deal..

A while back I had a small surplus of money.. instead of being Wise..and paying off debt.. I bought stuff for computers (go figure)..

It will be a while before I am "flush" with money again, so instead of letting these gather dust..

What I have 4x:
MB model number: 06P6124 OR 06p4130 (IBM)
System service parts - IBM eServer xSeries 220 (Type 8645)
(dual p3 370 socket mb's)

Deal is, they take that ECC SDRAM memory...

I bought 5x of them for a total of 50-60$ plus shipping at the time, they are all "refurb" but look brank spanking new. I am holding onto one of them for my matching 1ghz CPU's..

Soo.. if you want to get your hands on one (or more) for the low price of shipping.. unless you want to do some sort of trade

Have you tried them with non-ecc memory? Never know, it could work...

They dont work with non-ecc (tried it)

and just the MB, no cpu, no ram, nothing.

they might need the extra chip for voltage regulation ~5-10$ on ebay, but can't tell since
I havent gotten one up and running yet.

Two places for ecc memory. I can't afford one of these, but they're a good deal. Two p3 866 or 933s will run you about $50 on eBay, and add in $40 for memory and you've got a heck of a folder. 2 gHz of p3 power is probably like 2.4 or 2.6 of p4.

pretty much, budec has a hold on 2x of them so 2 left, if anyone wants to give me cool stuff in exchange its all good, but better to have them in the hands of someone who will get them working... they have been sitting here in the ship box for over a month now...

From the looks of it, the board only supports up to 1.0 Ghz CPU.

I'm going to throw the fastest ones in I can.... can someone confirm top speed?


Slap RAM in there and I'll be good to go. I got a bunch of random sticks of ram around, I should be able to find something.

I got enough hard drives and network cardsto last me a life time and have a video card/cdrom to boot it up with anti-fold... I'm in the process of getting PSU anyways.

EDIT: what's the diff between FC-PGA and FC-PGA2? If I get a pent 3 socket 370 I'm good to go, right? Just want to make sure it'll be compatiable before I throw down an ebay bid for some procs.
