Problem History
About 7 months ago I started having PC problems. My screen would just turn black and the whole thing freeze up. I immediatly though my 9800GX2 was acting up...changing it to a 8600GT solved the problem.

Eventually I'd get a 5D error on my 790i Ultra. I RMA'd the 9800GX2. Worked for 4 weeks, then it did it again.I was baffled. Wtf could it be. I had tested the RAM and mobo... it was all solid.

I made the mistake to RMA the card again. EVGA was nice to me, but I shouldn`t have. The 3rd card arrived and 85$ of shipping costs later, I realize the chances the exact same issue come across three different cards is next to impossible.

I was lucky, my brother had just ordered new PC parts. His Corsair TW750W had arrived. So I replaced my PSU, and TAAAADDAAAA. All problems went poof.

Now, I have no frakking idea how a 8 months old top quality Antec PSU could go fubar... but it was the problem.

Process
Sent an e-mail on Antec's website. They replied to my ticket within 24h but I never received e-mail notification that they had, so I checked 1 week later and saw it. Could have been a fluke...

So I officially requested a RMA (on another form...). 24h later I get a note saying to ship the PSU with cables to their Ontario Depot. 5h later I get another message that says to send it to their CA HQ.

I shipped it to Ontario anyway. Received it in 1 day. 3 Days later I get a UPS shipment notification.

Today I received a brand new (!!!) shrink wrapped power supply.

All-in-all I'd rate this experience as a 8/10.

Some people will "bitch" about Antec, but then again if a PSU dies, it just sucks! But my last 3 builds all had Antec PSU's & have been trouble-free (knock on wood) Anyway...Too me, Antec is a quality company & I will continue to give them my business. See signature. I'm glad you're up & running!

They took real good care of me too once. I fried my PSU at my own fault and I told the guy all about it and I asked how much to fix it? He said it's covered by warranty and it wouldn't cost me anything.

Called them to Replace 2 Smart Power 500watt SP-500s and they upgraded me to 2 Neo Power HE-500s. Great service imo.

Yeah antec has great CS. When I had an P180 I emailed them telling them I lost a couple of hd rails or cd (i cant remember exactly) and they shipped out replacements like two days later for free.
