So I killed my serial microsoft mouse that I've have for probably a decade or so.
I decided to upgrade...
I choose a mx700 and keyboard combo today.
Keyboard works great, mouse on the other hand doesn't. At least I don't think.
I work in CS here on campus and had the opportunity to put it in 3 seperate chargers and in all 3 it responded the same way... flashing red light. Not flashing green indicating it is charging as per the manual...
Now I have been accused of being impatient before and am simply wondering, am I supposed to let this thing sit overnight or something for it to get to the point where it will flash green at me? I'm using a spare mx700 the lab has sitting around but I'd like to use mine eventually...
Is the mouse just borked?
Thanks for your time.
