You're wrong. The wavelength of laser used is beyond your visible range. It even states "832-852 nm" right on the bottom near the laser -- that's infrared my friends
Now - I think my brand new MX1000 is DOA/broken, because the pointer jumps to the top/sides of the screen even when the mouse is staying still, and often "sticks" to one axis (ie - I move diagonally but the pointer only responds vertically or horizontally). Anybody have any symptoms like those?
