I don't get it. What was the point in ruining a perfectly good card? Was it fried before hand?

Now, I have seen many scary/messed up things in my life, but never once have I flinched or freaked out. I have an iron stomach for anything and can take things very well.. HOWEVER, seeing that beautiful card being crunched like that, ACTUALLY made me cringe.. What a waste and a shame. As of this moment, that site has given myself and other Canadians a bad rep. :mad:

What really bothers me about this, is that people were begging them to auction the card off and give the money to charity, or some other CONSTRUCTIVE thing to do with it.

Wow, you ran over a video card with a car. You're brilliant. Give them a movie contract.

God forbid they think about some child in a third world country who would have been fed for a very long time had they given that money/card to a charity or something worthwhile.

Glad to know that they don't appreciate that much money. I only have a 6800GT OC, but I treat it like gold. And if by chance I had two of them, I absolutely wouldn't DESTROY the other! I'd at least GIVE IT AWAY, to either a friend who couldn't afford it, or to some group that would benefit greatly from it.

Lol, anyways that post was just a j/k. The XT PE is pretty good (just not the pro). And I'm just angry at ATI due to the poor preformance of my 9600XT.

yeah, was thinking that as i wrote the post, but hey, at least theyre still up there! :p

and yeah, i didnt care much for my lackluster 9600 pro either(but the 9800p was 400 and i just didnt have the money), i jumped on my GT as soon as i could find one in stock, and i havent looked back; i love this thing!
