- Hello, I am trying to connect my micron MTFDHAL3T2TDR-1AT1ZABYY 3.2TB drive to my windows XP system and my windows 7 system.
- None of my windows systems are detecting my my drive but the drive is new. I have 2 other new drives. also not being detected.
- I am using LSI card and im using a pci cable to connect. I have used multiple pci cables and its giving me the same issue.
- The LSI card is detected, not the drive.

That's a u.2 drive. Does your LSI card handle u.2?

yes its a u.2. and the lsi card does take the u.2

Does the drive show up in the option ROM of the card when you boot?
The card is SATA raid and the drive only takes NVME raid card. I need to get a NVME card. Thanks for your time

If your board has an m.2 slot you can get a m.2 to u.2 adapter. Might be easier.
