This isn't from SD or anywhere else, though after posting this here I imagine it'll show up there pretty soon. This is just my personal experience buying this card and thought I'd share.

[$349.99 - 10% discount promotion - $10 rebate - $56 for selling game codes = $249 with free 2-day shipping]

MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G at TigerDirect $349.99: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=9193565&CatId=7387

-10% discount on next order promotion: https://www.tigerdirect.com/rewards (I recommend clicking EXISTING CUSTOMER, not sure if it works with NEW CUSTOMER)
-$10 rebate http://static.highspeedbackbone.net/rebates/MSI-15363 US.PDF
-$56 for selling Witcher 3 and Batman codes for $28 each
-Order qualifies for free Shoprunner signup since the purchase is over $150, you'll be prompted during checkout.

NOTE: Tigerdirect sells a refurb version of this card for $314.96, but do not get that one since it doesn't come with Witcher 3 and Batman codes.

I don't think you should be marking this down $56 bucks based on the chance of selling two game codes for $28 each.

FWIW $28 seems to be going rate of keys

Still a decent deal if you keep the games

a buddy sold his two keys for $30 each 2 days back. I think you can rest assured you'll at least get $25 each code.

Is the 10% promotion no longer valid? I can't seem to find it. My bank is currently offering 10% from TG purchases, so I'm really tempted to pick this up.

a slickdeals link is up to buy the new batman for $22. Might lose a few more bucks on that code now since cdkeys.com is selling at $22. But still you're going to get $20 bucks for the batman code.
