Msi gtx 950 $119.99 free shipping!!

Not bad. Newegg is selling these on their website for $144 + shipping. Why do they also list it on their ebay store for $120 shipped?

[Huyness]

would this be okay to run some games at medium quality at 2560x1080? I'm thinking of getting a 34" ultrawide but I don't play games that much.

Edit:

If you have enough money to spend on a 34inch ultrawide monitor. You have enough money to sufficiently push its resolution.

[Rauelius]

No. For that resolution you need a 960 or higher. 950 is a 1080p card.

960 would be rough too. I wouldn't recommend any lower than an R9-390 or GTX970 for 1440p. That said, Polaris 11-Pro will likely be around this price when it comes out as the R9-470, and provide R9-380 tier performance. I'd say wait for that.

I agree.

With new cards releasing "soon" anyone looking to buy a GPU should just wait it out a bit more. Prices on current gen parts may go down too..

There's always a good used card market upon release of the new shinies.
