Mp4 to wmv converter?

[trick_m0nkey]

I really would like to know if there is a free program out there that converts .mpeg-4 format into wmv. All the programs that I get on searches are for programs that cost a decent amount of money that I do not have. Thanks.

I'm fairly certain Winavi will do that. Try the trial if there is one.
