moving game files

I need to move a couple of games (CoD WaW & CoD 4 MW) from one hard drive to another. Specifically i mean the files that hold all the user info. I need to copy these files and save them then uninstall the games, then install them on the other drive and replace the user files with the old ones that i have saved. (i think thats right)

Can anyone confirm the location for me?

Local disk-program file x86-Activision-CoD game

(after this i dont know which one it is. Do i just copy the whole CoD folder and replace it?)

XP had them in the user folder.

Vista / 7, iirc, has them in either the appdata, or the virtualstore folders.

so if i replace the folder in the appdata ill be good? i dont need to replace any others correct?
