Moving a RAID 5 from external enclosure to internal

So I have an 8 TB RAID 5 array setup in one of these with the accompanying eSATA card:

The model I have is actually the model before this, but I believe the eSATA card is the same. It's a HighPoint RocketRAID card.

I'm growing tired of having this external enclosure. What I would like to do soon is buy a full tower case that can hold all of these hard drives and manage the RAID array through my motherboard BIOS.

Would it be possible to move the array from this eSATA card and retain all of the data when moving it to the mobo? I don't currently have a way to backup the 4+ TB of data that is currently on the RAID array so this would be ideal for me. Any suggestions/help is greatly appreciated. If I left out anything crucial, I'll try to answer it to the best of my ability. The reason I didn't list my mobo is because I'm actually thinking of overhauling my whole system. I also have 4 internal drives so I would need something with A LOT of SATA ports, or a nice PCI RAID card.

I doubt it.

The array depends upon the drivers but if you find enough info about the card in the external enclosure you may be able to install an add-in PCIE card to the desktop that mimics the external card's specs.

Looks to me if you get a RR622 RAID based controller card(?) it'd work just fine.

Good luck!
