Motherboards: Gigabyte vs Asus

I'm torn between these two motherboards:

Could I get pros and cons of each, especially if you own one or both? Which one overclocks better? Which one is more stable? I'm leaning towards the Gigabyte because it has 2 NICs, optical audio out, & supports for up to 16GB RAM vs 8GB. I'm needing a replacment for my current board GA-965P-DS3 with a Q6600 and 8GB RAM. Thanks.

If you want a cool board and with the benefit of stability, the UD3P is a good choice.

Anyway, OP, I'm recommending the UD3P as well. Solid motherboard and great overclockers.

OK, I just ordered the GA-EP45-UD3P. From what I have read, it's a real MONSTER overclocker and has everything I need (dual NICs, crossfire support, firewire, heat pipes, up to 16GB RAM, etc.). Newegg has it for $117, after a $20 rebate and free shipping. Thanks for the help.
