Motherboard dying, system outdated, time for a refresh

My motherboard is now headed towards the great silicon pile in the sky; USB ports are going in and out and it's randomly hanging during boot-up. I'm cleared by the wife to look now for a reasonable replacement system that I can resell/part-out when Haswell hits (and re-use the RAM), and I hope to have it assembled before next weekend, Here we go:

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

I play excessive amounts of Guild Wars 2 in between working on music arranging in Finale and Sibelius; we also use the system for light image cleanup for my wife's online antique business

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$500 ceiling, inclusive of tax/shipping

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

Am coming from a q9300, P35 board, and 8GB of RAM. I can't believe the system lasted this long, most reliable system I've ever owned (until lately, hah)
