does anyone else think that they're nice looking but BORDERLINE pointless since most people hide all those kind of connectors anyhow ?
 
Maybe in a case with side facing drive cages with sleeved wiring and maybe some EL IDE cables, they would look pretty good. I think they can be used to add a hightlight to smartly done wiring.
 
Yeah, I have to agree with you on this one, if the user puts them on the extension cables.

If you put them on the drives, then it makes a little more sense.
 
if you put it on a connector for a video card it wouldnt look bad
 
I have 3 of em and I just decided to clean up my wire job and now its just puts of a pretty cool glow from behind the mobo tray and along the 3.5" rack looks pretty sweet but not really what they're intended for
 
Hey, those are neat. I want some. I've got a few places I can use them in my rig.
 
i dont even know what these things are so i dont know what to look fo in a Google search, someone got a URL
 
nice I'm gonna have to look into them...I've been wantin an XP-90 or 120 i think the 90 since my case is on the small side. ( NZXT Nemesis w/ a Gigabyte GA-K8N-Ultra 9 )

It's not something I'd get either. I'm constantly moving things around, and the last thing I need is something that interferes with my cables.
 
I was on a site last night that had a combo pack. It came with 5 or 6 different colors.
 
i'm debating whether to put one on my 6800gt oc or not... friend of mien bought like ten and has a couple left over he said he would give me...

Would it hurt the power stability to the vid card?
 
nah they take 1.5 line volts and with it in a linear circuit its only using like .01 of what the vid card would be using. Dont worry w0m
