Don't count on it.

It really depends who its reconditioned by, which they don't tell you. If its a refurb from microsoft they might, but if its something they fixed in house, MS wont touch it.

If these are reconditioned by Microsoft, they'll be the old non-Falcon units, so they don't have HDMI and they might have the older heatsink as well.
