Are mod cards allowed to be sold here w/o including any downloaded games? I have a Nintendo DSi XL that I'd like to sell but I want to make sure that I can include the mod card that I'm using it with.
 
I would say that as long as your not including any games that you dont own, it would be fine to sell it here.
