Case: SilverStone SST-FT03B-MINI

Maybe the Bitfenix Prodigy?, but I heard it was built pretty cheap(alot of plastic)

CPU: i7 3770K
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-I Deluxe
RAM: Corsair DOMINATOR Platinum Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR3 DRAM 1600MHz (CMD16GX3M2A1600C9)

The above is pretty much decided, unless a better/cooler looking mobo comes along. I am open to suggestions though

PSU:

Silverstone ST45SF-G

VS

Seasonic PLATINUM-1000/860

The question is can a Seasonic Plat fit insite the FT03 Mini case? This allows me to be set for any future computer builds and has a better resale value.

Keyboard:

SteelSeries 6Gv2 VS Ducky DK9008G2 PBT

Any other non-lit keyboards I should be looking at? Looking for a nice mix of gaming/typing

Mouse: SteelSeries Sensei Laser Gaming Mouse Raw Edition

Looking for similar mice..nothing flashy

GPU:

GTX 670 VS GTX 680 VS 7970

2GB VS 3GB VS 4GB is there a difference?

I will be using only one monitor, 24-27 inches

SSD: Most likely a Samsung 840 Pro when they come out, unless something better is suggested

Since its Mini-ITX the wifi is nice, but not needed.

Are you aiming for an over-the-top. money is no object, and I want the biggest epeen possible build or do you want good bang for the buck hardware that's still fast? So far, I'm seeing more of the former than the latter.

Also can you narrow down your time frame to 1-3 week from now or will it take longer for you to get the money for this PC? In addition, what resolution were you planning on? Those monitor size doesn't necessarily tell us what resolution you plan on getting. That'll determine what GPU we recommend.

And no your planned 1000W PSU will not fit inside that case. Silverstone designed and limited that case to SFX PSUs only.

I can buy this computer now, but would like to wait for the new samsung 840 if the price is right

All this in my cart @ amazon is like $1400(thats with a GTX 670)...I think its far from over the top..(I also have a large amount of amazon.com GCs)

Over-the-top can mean "excessive". The parts you've chosen are excessive considering your specified needs. Your choice of RAM (overpriced) and planned 1000W PSU (unneeeded since you're not going triple-SLI) that won't fit inside that case made it over-the-top. In addition, the fact that you chose a K series CPU even though you aren't overclocking also made that PC over-the-top.

So to reiterate:
1) Since you're not overclocking, no reason to get a K series CPU. Go for the regular i7 3770.
2) That RAM is ridiculously overpriced as well has relatively tall heatsinks. You won't notice an iota of performance difference between that RAM and this 50% cheaper Corsair RAM:
$80 - Corsair Vengeance LP CML16GX3M2A1600C10 2 x 8GB DDR3 1333 RAM
3) You're basically stuck with that Silverstone 450W PSU if you want to keep that case.
4) As for the GPU, if you're only gaming at 1920x1080, you'll be fine with the GTX 670 2GB for the foreseeable future. If you're gaming at 2560x1600, go for the GTX 680 4GB if possible. Whatever GPU you go for, make sure that it is not more than 10" in length as that's the longest GPU that the Silverstone FT03 mini can take.

2) I picked the ram just becuz it looked badass , I saw the LP Veng
3) I have no problem going with the 450 PSU, I was just wondering if I could use Seasonic 860/1000 (The 860w is only $165 on amazon atm VS $100 for a PSU thats only 450W)
4) There is only one GTX 680 that is 10'', I will have to see if I want to spend $100++ over the 670

I will most likely be gaming @ more than 1080

Still a poor idea nonetheless. Note the pricing again: 50% less. Considering that you just said this:

it seems that you are intelligent enough to know what's a good value. So go with the Vengeance RAM.

As for the GPU, if you do go with the Corsair RAM I recommended above, that saves you $80 which can be put towards the GTX 680.
