Los Angeles,CA. 10 minutes from frys, an hour from microcenter, but willing to also purchase parts online
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

what kind of system are you coming from? i think this shoudl be one of the questions in the sticky

wouldn't want to waste time spec'ing out a system to upgrade someone from a Core i7 to Core i5.....
