So I've been having this memory usage issue with my computer. As soon as it starts, the memory usage starts to climb rapidly until its at about 3.90GB of usage out of the 4GB of memory I have. I have looked up all the svchost.exe things on google, and tried them all, none of them seem to help anymore. svchost is still the main memory usage, but even when I end that process, my memory does not go back down. When I go to my Task Manager then processes showing all users, there are three svchost processes at the top of the list. When I right click and click "Go To Services" on the topmost one, here are the services running under it:

"AudioEndpointBuilder
hideserv
HomeGroupListener
Netman
PcaSvc
SysMain
UxSms
wudfsvc"

That's quite a large list, but I dont really know what any of those things do.
Again, Even when ending this process, my memory usage does not go down to regular.

I am wits end with this, I've smoked half a pack of cigarettes trying to figure this out already lol. Please help me out!

Are you using Vista?
Have you actually noticed any performance issues as a result of the RAM usage?

Hmm.

Have you tried booting into safe mode and see if the RAM usage is the same? In addition, run an antivirus and malware scan.

Finally, make sure that your files are backed up as a reformat may be necessary.

PLEASE Help Me.

I've changed your thread title to be more descriptive. And please don't SHOUT in thread titles.

In addition, run an antivirus and malware scan.
I second that. A trojan is going to wreck havoc with your system resources.
