Memory Available issue

So I just built a new pc with a z170-AR and 16gb 2400 ram. Installation went normal but when I booted up a game it gave me an insufecient memory and closed the game. Went into Task Manager and im shown that I have 2.2gb of Memory. It shows 16gb at the top but Memory Usage is 2.2. Hardware Reserved is 13.8 as well. Ill attach a picture. hopefully that further helps

Take all but 1 stick out and see what it says if it looks ok add the next and so on.
Also make sure you have the most recent MB Bios

are those RAM sticks on the QVL for your Board?

I might even pull the Video card just to keep that out of the mix. When there is an issue it is best to go to the bare bones you need and since you have onboard video its just one less thing to worry about. I assume you are using a Video card, if not something else to look at in the Bios is the setting for Video to see if it is somehow reserved to the video card or something weird



Make sure you loaded the 64 bit version of Windows 10, if you loaded 32 bit that would also cause this

Last thing I can think is dont overclock the RAM and see what happens, still have the issue at 2133 then try upping the voltage a TINY bit. Hopefully they are just not seated properly and a reseat will fix your issue.
