Tell me you know nothing about working in education without telling me you know nothing about working in education. With education, its about who you know, what you know and who you piss off. If you have the right friends, you can be pretty well insulated from a lot of shit. Getting fired usually takes an act of Congress and you have to have messed up in a very few set of specific ways. Sometimes more than once.
 
The general gameplay loop is good. It's the micro-transaction pricing and overall monetization scheme that will make or break the game.
