Max safe voltage for DDR2?

I've got four sticks of OCZ Reaper DDR2-1066

Specs say 2.1 to 2.2 volts. I have a 120mm fan blowing on them right now and while I think the heatspreaders with built in heatpipes are more for show, it sure can't hurt.

What's the max safe voltage I should pump into these guys?

2.2V is usually the max for most DDR2 RAM.

most ive ever seen for ddr2 was 2.3v from the factory.. most ive ever run on ddr2 is 2.45v and i would not recommend doing that unless you have some good cooling because at that voltage the rams to hot to friggin touch.. best bet is to just stick with the voltages recommended by the manufacture..
