Max safe voltage for DDR2?

most ive ever seen for ddr2 was 2.3v from the factory.. most ive ever run on ddr2 is 2.45v and i would not recommend doing that unless you have some good cooling because at that voltage the rams to hot to friggin touch.. best bet is to just stick with the voltages recommended by the manufacture..
