I would say 1.35v maximum for vtt. Your temps seem pretty good so try raising vcore to 1.43v and raising the FSB to 370. If it is stable for an hour at 370 try 375. Keep going up in 5's until it's not stable. Back down the FSB by 3 and check if it's stable for as long as possible.
 
Assuming that by the model number of the board in your sig your chipset is the Intel P45 express:


Intel spec is 1.1 V normal - Absolute Max Vcc for MCH is given as 1.21V.

People have certainly run it with more. Personally I would not want to go much over 1.25 but I am conservative.
