I'm thinking about downsizing along with a bit of an upgrade.
I've just sold off 4 3.5" drives and consolidated to 2. I'm looking for the small mATX cases that can fit 2x3.5" HDD+1x2.5" SSD, a full ATX power supply and full size GPU.

I'm looking to upgrade from the i5-2500k/GA-Z68-UD3H-B3 to an core i5-4670k/i5-4690k and mATX board z87/z97

It would need to fit my Corsair RM650 650w and MSI r9 280x

I'm hopeing for something significantly smaller than my CM Storm Enforcer.

enthoo evolv looks great, but only slightly smaller than my FT05

You can get SFX PSUs which will cope admirably with your limited requirements.

If you could rationalise a bit further, you could go for one of the Silverstone Sugo cases.

Corsair 350D. It's a larger uATX chassis, but comes pretty loaded with features and plenty of room for just about anything. See my Sig for everything I have.

I just upgraded my computer from a AMD 8350-FX to a Intel Core i7-4790k. I got a ASRock mATX motherboard. I installed them all in a Node 804, and if I must say it came out quite nice. :D I put a pick of the case, not mine mind you. I will be putting them up this week.

I just picked up a Cooler Master N200. For the price, it's a smallish case that you can fit just about anything in. I previously had a Corsair 350D and it was too big for a mATX case. It was exactly the same size as their ATX Carbide 200R case (had both side by side). IMHO, that defeats the purpose of mATX.

If you want something a little more high end, the Silverstone mATX cases on Newegg looked pretty nice, but personally, I couldn't see spending double what I spent on the N200. If money was no object, I'd probably get one of the Silverstones.
