Ok guys,
I finally have decided to make the switch from AMD to the Core 2 Duo e6300. I have been lurking in the Intel section since C2D came out and have been thrilled at the overclocking resulting in performance jumps worth hundreds of dollars compared to stock higher-level CPU's. I was considering the following setup:

I was wondering what kind of RAM I should use to achieve a decent overclock (reasonably priced ram). I am shooting for at least 2.8ghz but I would like to break into the 3ghz range.
PS: I plan on keeping the rest of the system and getting a SATA HD to keep 2 HD's and my DVD drive running. Also, does this Motherboard support Floppy disk drives? Will I need an aftermarket NB cooler to hit 3ghz?
