Making Display better on HDTV?

Hey! I am recently using my PC (Well jsut now) to display through the HDTV, and I am wondering, how can I optimize the display? More to the point, the FONT.
I have set my Font DPI to 144 (Custom) Makes it bigger, however I need it to be bolder, as right now it is VERY difficult to read, anyway to do this?
I am running 1080p@60 using a 8800 GTX. With a Sony Bravia

Might have to try and run at a lower resolution, 1280x720.
 
If I had to do that i'd have left it hooked up to my LCD Monitor. :p
Another reason for the HDTV hookup is because I run my HD-DVD Add-on on it.
I have it setup enough to read it, but still not the best!

No need to run it at 1280x720. The A3000 is a 1080p 60" TV with 120hz, am I correct?

Now, are you saying that the font is not sharp enough? You mentioned bolder, so I'm assuming it fades into the background too much, and you are saying it's not sharp?

Can you photograph a bit closer so we can tell?

You don't seem to have any overscan cropping your picture, and I'm assuming you are running the TV through your video card at 1920x1080 correct?

Yeah, I am running the TV At 1920 1080 in progressive, at 60hz, the TV is capable of 120hz, but I do not know how to make it go this high.
The reason for no overscan is because I have it set on Picture "Normal" Screen "+1"
I'll get another pic up soon.
THe closer I sit, the better I can see, the farther it is, it's like I lose sight, which is not how everything else looks (Like the PS3, no matter where you are perfect text everywhere, htough I know it was built for a TV)
 
When you mean lose sight, you mean the text is overblown by the contrast/brightness where the texts tends to fade as you sit further back? Try adjusting the contrast/brightness settings on the PC as well as adjusting the Gamma Correction also in the video cards control panel. Maybe this may help.
