making a case & watercooling

ok well besides building my case, I came across some pieces of plexiglass at an auction cheap... anyway

Also I know not all the tubes connect but just started using the program yesterday. so please forvice the mess. I am planning on mounting one large 250mm or 350mm fan on sides of the mobo. one blowing on mobo other to help move air out. The problem that I faced was that this is goignt o sit inside a wall unit and only have one spot where i will cut out a square for the cables.

which setup would you prefer, I'm kinda torn between the two.

I like model 1 for most of the parts are under anything electrical.

I like #1 but only if you move the cpu pump back more in line with the cpu so the tubing run will be almost straight up and down.

(just like rez and pump at lowest point in the system. Other concept likely will work fine as well. )

Decent acrylic cases are pretty cheap now, thats a huge project you are getting into. Maybe just do a cooling box (rads pumps rezs and sit a premade acrylic case on top or vice versa ). Anyway have fun I have always wanted to take a big sheet of acrylic and layout the computer parts flat and hang water cooled a computer on the wall like a picture with an acrylic cover, led backlights etc. etc.. Think outside the box ! No time. /sigh
 
Is there any kits that can be bought, which is basically a cut and drop-in - that can be used for the back part of a case. The area where all the video cards come out?
