can't, it's for someone else and their budget is already over the other options is changing to an AMD 3200+ and going with a 6600 GT.
 
Why the Gigabyte MB? You could probably get a cheaper NF4 Ultra. I think the Foxconn was $109 and the Chaintech is $119.
