It won't be able to game that well since it only has onboard video. Basically forget about gaming at all unless you're planning on playing LOL all day. Even if this was just a normal everyday use PC, it still would be a bad buy at $500. So do NOT get that PC at all. There's a lot of things wrong with it. If you want a decent gaming PC, you're gonna need to up your budget by another $100.

So if you want addition build advice and are willing to go to that $600 budget, then please answer the stickied "ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS FIRST!" so that we can help yu better.
 
I echo Danny's assessment about that build: It simply is a poor value even at that $483 price - especially since the PSU is crappy and the hard drive is way overpriced for its capacity and performance.

And an IGP simply cannot play either of the two games that you mentioned unless you crank down the resolution to 800x600 and with all detail settings completely disabled. In fact, COD Black-Ops will not even run at all on any system with onboard graphics only, based on their performance versus the game's minimum required GPU of a Radeon X1950 PRO or GeForce 8600 GT. And those are just absolute minimums: On a practical basis, COD Black-Ops requires at least a discrete GeForce GT 240 or Radeon HD 3800 series just to run well.
 
you might as well go with a Dell, they sometimes offer better deals on PC with similar performance.
