Low Profile Suggestions?

I currently have a HP s3500f Desktop PC that drastically needs an upgrade in the Graphics area.

Specifications

The Geforce 6150SE it currently has is kind of out of the question when it comes to gaming (WoW etc.). The PC itself is fairly new, can you guys recommend any decent and fairly cheap low profile video card?

I'm not looking for "High Resolution", just something that can play games out in the market comfortably.

The best that I can recommend would be the HD 4550 which has been measured to consume 19w of power. Hopefully that is not too much power.

I am sure a Radeon HD 4350 would consume less power, but it is also less powerful.

It has DDR3 so it will be decent for gaming. Review says it works in a Dell XPS 210 which has a 275w PSU. If you have less than that I would consider getting another gaming computer =P

A Geforce 9500 gt should also work well. Newegg only has DDR2 version but here's a DDR3 on ebay:
