I have a htpc system with on-board video, but it doesn't have HDMI output, was looking at a GT430 or an Radeon HD 5570 card, would this be the right choice for a low power htpc video card to play movies.

My build consists of : Intel Celeron E3300 CPU, 4GB DDR2 Ram, GA-G31M-ES2L Mainboard. Stock cooling and 2 addon case fans
