I need a computer that uses minimal power, while being more powerful than something like an atom; It has to be a desktop, with desktop parts. There isn't a real but, There is no need to go overboard. Can you guys just help me with some parts?

Web browsing, and basic file serving

Less than 600 I guess, but I'm flexible with price
