1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
I'd really love to be able to play battlefield 3 in 1080p with 60fps, this is my main goal.

2) What's your budget?
Are tax and shipping included? 650-700

3) Which country do you live in?
Florida, USA

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget?
cpu,ram,case,gpu,mobo,psu.hdd, cooling

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing?
none

6) Will you be overclocking?
If possible

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
42 inch 1080p

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Now

9) What features do you need in a motherboard?
I'd like usb 3.0 but if it doesn't fit within the budget I'd be fine without.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license?
Yes win7 64bit

BF3 1080p 60 FPS. If you want to run AA then you need a card with at least 2GB ram. I think an I3 build or an amd FX 4170 build would be best for your budget.

DDR3 is cheap, just get at least 8 gb at 1600mhz
any case will do
CM 212 cooler
600 watt PSU at least. 700 watt if you plan on sli/crossfiring in the future
128gb SSD -- Try to get one from someone on the forums. I've seen them as low as $80 for a crucial M4.

You should try to squeeze a 7870 into your budget. If you can't go for a 7850. OR, wait a month and see how powerful the 660ti cards are.

No chance of you being able to extend your budget by another $50?

If you can raise your budget, here's what I recommend:
$276 - Intel Core i5 3450 CPU + Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Intel B75 mATX Motherboard
$40 - G.Skill Value Series F3-10666CL9D-8GBNT 2 x 4GB DDR3 1333 RAM
$220 - Visiontek Radeon HD 7850 2GB PCI-E Video Card
$70 - Samsung by Seagate Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ/ST500DM005 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive
$22 - Samsung SH-222BB/BEBE SATA DVD Burner
$64 - Antec NEO ECO 520C 520W PSU
$50 - NZXT Source 210 Elite White with Black Front Trim ATX Case
---
Total: $742 shipped
