Yeah I'm a bit puzzled too. OP, it would help if you answered the stickied "ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS FIRST!" so that we can help you better. In addition to those 10 questions, here's a few more:
11) Will this be a rackmount or pedestal server?
12) What games is he planning to host?
13) How many players does he expect to connect?
14) How fast is the upload speed gonna be for the server?
15) What OS will you be using?
He want's to run America's Army 3 and possibly a few other games. He is also going to be running a business dealing with live webcams . He will be running Linux.
He's looking for a prebuilt, So he has no worries. He wants a tower not a rack mount.
He's going to be getting 60 down and 5 up. He'd like to keep it under $2000.
I know there is a max in game of 26 per game. So to start it'll be 26 players.
