Hey guys looking to get my first water cooling setup would like my machine to be more quiet? I will be cooling a 1055t processor would like to get highest oc possible out of it.... wouldnt mind adding cooling blocks to 2 gtx 560's along with it

List out everything you think is relevant. Complete specs (along with manufacturer and model) of all your components is a good start. What are your goals? Complete silence or just less noise?

With $250, I highly doubt you can cool the GPUs.

I suppose Id settle for the cpu right now only... I wouldn't say I want silent but Im tired of a loud machine...

$250 will get you a practically silent CPU setup.

You can get a silent CPU, but don't expect record breaking OCs on a $250 budget. I'm sure it would still be far better than a HS/FAN combo though.

$250 will actually get you a heck of a CPU WC setup. But I highly recommend buying used when possible. Generally readily available, used WC gear here on the [H] is well taken care of and usually bleeding edge. I just sold a complete setup here last week for $250. All top of the line parts. And I build that up for myself originally with some used and some new parts. Simply put: buy used when possible.

Yeah you have to check regularly though, because good used watercooling parts seem to go fast like anything else lol...
