Looking for decent 2.1 speakers

Looking for some decent 2.1 speakers for my home PC setup. Trying to keep price around $75-150... Corsair has some on newegg that are really tempting but I can't justify $200 just on some 2.1 speakers. Any suggestions guys? Thanks for any help.

With that budget, I'd forget about a sub and get a solid 2.0 setup... Unless you're using it for gaming more than anything and just wanna hear the rattle and boom of explosions. For music and even movies I'd go 2.0 and add a sub later. Something like the Pioneer BS41 (when on sale for $100) or Dayton speakers for less than that and a $25 t-amp. Or some small powered speakers like the Samson MediaOne 3a ($100). Won't shake your rafters but it'll sound a lot better overall than any 2.1 setup at that price.

But they will all sound boomy since they utilize small drivers for the L/R speakers that have limited LF extension.
