Looking for a s478 HSF recommendation

What's a good HSF for a s478 northwood rev E?

I'm looking at this currently because it's not very expensive and has good reviews:

I'll be overclocking but not to the max so I don't need an elaborate HSF..just something that'll do for moderate OC'ing.

Iam selling a copper heat sink and fan HERE If your interested. Its pretty good for overclocking. I was happy with it.

Rev. E Northwood? You mean Prescott? Northwoods were C's.

Anyway, either that Thermaltake or the one Winchester is selling would be fine. Something copper installed properly will work.
