Hey guys my girl has sprint and I want to get on her plan, I want to get a evo but I dnt want to pay $200, I am fine with a refurbished phone. I figured I'd ask here first because you guys know where the deals are.

I dnt like buying off eBay either, it's cheaper to get a new one then to buy a used one on Craigslist

You are going to have a damn hard time finding one cheaper than $200. Even if they sold refurbished ones they would be more than that.

Its very rare to find a high end phone cheaper than the subsidized price.

Craigslist FTW! Ebay is full of full of shit scammers and people trying to sell junk as new. And also, ebay does not care if you get scammed, believe me the policy for "you're protected!" is all full of loopholes and non-payment.. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH IT! Ebay does not pay you if you follow their guidelines in their protection plan, they just make up excuses and shoo you away. Like I said, I have proof and all they dont pay up. Ebay/paypal does not care about you, just taking your $$$!

Fixed that for you.

That's why you go through Amazon wireless. They are internet phone sellers that don't own land/storefront, so they can offer more phones at a cheaper price.

That's how I got my EVO 4G for $99 shipped to my door, brand new with 2 day shipping ($200+ cheaper than the sprint. com website after price...... plus sales tax you have to pay at sprint!)

http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.h...rds=B003N9B3CY&url=search-alias%3Delectronics

Amazonwireless had it for cheaper than ANYONE (believe me, I hate wasting money) even had it cheaper than walmart. I looked, and looked hard... they had it for @ $99 shipped with free 2-day shipping when I got my new EVO4G not long after it came out. Since your girl has sprint already, you have 2 options. You can either choose UPGRADE an existing sprint account or make a new account for yourself. If you make a new plan for yourself, it will probably be a little cheaper for the EVO 4G as you are put down as a new customer which usually gets the biggest phone discounts. It will only be a little bit more... It will be like $25-50 more if you choose upgrade existing plan instead of new, but your existing plan might be cheaper if your girl gets a good monthly rate for work or something.

I'd definitely check out the EVO 4G though, one of the best phone out right now, hands down.

Yeah, they had all their phones on sale one weekend, maybe thats why it was cheaper (or maybe it has to do with supply/demand loss because of the japan earthquake?)...

Still, its under $200 though and way cheaper than sprints own website or store. Definitely worth $300+ if you ask me because It's basically a laptop. I rarely use my laptop now after I got my android phone :D Multiple tab web browsing, while listening to mp3s, and taking phone calls/texts.. hmm, maybe I can sell the laptop. :p

Remember activation costs... At $180 + $30 activation, you might as well order through sprint.com with free activation.

So I would wait on a deal.

P.S. White Evo is $150
