I'm getting a new big radiator, and it will require lots of CFM. Lots of fans are not quiet, so I'm planning to put the radiator on the roof (one floor up from the PC)
I use flexible tubing, maybe will use a cooper pipe for the longest parts connected to this flexible tubing. Will use a D5 water pump

What is the longest, both in height and distance that you run your watercooling setup?

Distance doesn't really matter if you're running large tubing like 1/2" ID. You'll probably need at least 20 feet of 3/8" to match the restriction of a single waterblock, and that gets longer the larger the ID. Height matters for pumps, but only during the initial fill stage. Once the system is full and closed, the water coming down is pulling the water coming up, making the net force zero.

The D5 has a maximum head pressure of about 14 feet. It should be sufficient for pushing liquid up to the radiator during filling but might need help getting all of the air out.
