As we all know from the original thread, LogitechFreak has scammed a few dozens people across different forums (Original Thread), but mainly on [H] and Anandtech.
This is the thread where you can find what kind of actions you can take against this scammer in the hopes of fight back and perhaps get your money back, either from Paypal or from himself after he gets caught. My personal opinion is that I believe he will get caught but only with enough collective effort from our part to inform higher authority the seriousness of this issue. Some of the information here can be also found in thread of the same topic over at Anandtech. If you are interested in his personal information (fake or real is to be determined), they are in the Anandtech thread also.

IF you have been scammed by LogitechFreak, here are some of the actions you can take:
1) First and foremost, file a dispute on paypal in your transaction AND escalate it right away to a claim to paypal. This is the absolutely minimum that you should've already done by now.
2) Email Officer Gaston and describe in details about how LogitechFreak scammed you. Officer Gaston is a local sheriff in the Crocker area, where LogitechFreak lives. Office Gaston's email is [email protected].
UPDATE NOV 14
Officer Gaston has replied my email I will quote his exact reply here:
"Contact the RCMP or The FBI or United States Postal Service to File complaints. He is out of my jursidiction. Call Pulaski Co Sheriff. I am sure he has broken quite a few laws but I can't do anything D. Gaston "
3) File a complaint online at the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFFC).
4) Call Pulaski County Sheriff's Department. We are still waiting for the info on the current officer who is in charge of Internet Fraud so I will keep this info up to date as I get it.
UPDATE #1 NOV 14: This is from the mod over at Anandtech, he called the County Sheriff and provide us some information. Thanks Harvey!
"I again phoned the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department. The detective whose name I was given, yesterday, was not yet in, but I spoke with another officer, Sergeant Michael Denney. He is NOT the officer who handles Intenet fraud, but he said he will forward the information I sent, including a link to this thread, to his captain for assignment, and he will accept emails from our members regarding this matter until they assign specific contact info. His address is [email protected].
You can also call the Pulaski County Sheriff at (573) 774-6196.
We will post updated contact info when we hear from them. "
UPDATE #2 NOV 14: This is again from Harvey, the mod over at Anandtech.
Sergeant Denney has confirmed that he has received about a dozen of emails, so we are making progress for sure and our efforts are not unheard. I urge everyone who hasn't emailed him yet, do so. I truly believe we will catch him eventually.

Once again, this is a COLLECTIVE EFFORT! The more people report to higher authority (be it Paypal, Sheriffs, Officers etc...), the more likely LogitechFreak will get caught and the more likely we will get our money back.
