Logitech MX Master3 stopped working

Dear folk

Recently I moved from one place to another and before I moved the mouse was working on my desktop windows 10 updated
After I settled at the new place and setup my desktop mouse doesn't want to work

I tried to use on my laptop windows 11 to test it still not working and tested on another desktop windows 111 still not working

Mouse was purchased and used June 2021

I searched online I found many ,,,below are two of many

make sure its fully charged and then install the software and resync it to the dongle.

I had feeling mouse not getting charged but I could be wrong ,,,,,its LED is flashing green all the time although I left it on charge for couple of hours

I downloaded Logitech's Unifying software but software can't pair mouse to the unifying receiver

try a different charger.
unifi is for a different series. try this one:

I tried two different wall plug adapters with two different cables

I tried this but still having issue

if you hold the connect/switch button on the bottom does it start flashing?

I tried to press on the button couple of times it didn’t help

the manual says press and hold till it flashes. is that what youre doing? is the system detecting the dongle? is so and its still not working, contact logitech and/or get a new one.

Yes it does as per the attached snapshot

Yes this is what I am doing to pair the mouse to unified receiver
