hi all, I was recently looking into this cd organizer the CD Organizer [CDM-751] and one of the reviews on that very same site and this is what he said
"I was really looking forward to this product and was happy when it arrived today. Now, it has been 2 hours since I installed the software and I can finally use my computer again.
When you install the software you are required to reboot the system. When I rebooted the system I signed in as usual, looked away as Windows XP finished loading and when I turned back around I had a blue screen of death.
Hmmm. I tried booting again, this time watching carefully. Sure enough, the last instance of an image I could see before crashing was the splash screen for the KDS software.
That prompted about a 25 minutes wait on hold for KDS technical support. When my call was finally answered I explained the problem and was asked if I had a Logitech keyboard or mouse. Of course I do, it's only the most popular brand of aftermarket keyboards and mice.
His advice, boot in safe mode, remove any Logitech products and switch to a PS2 keyboard and mouse. He assured me that they are working on new software that should fix the problem. Not wanting to rely on that promise, I suggested that KDS accept the shipping charges for the product to be returned but not surprising, they refused."
Now after this i am wondering if this is true and do the logitech keyboards and mouses cause the blue screen?
