Life left for a Dell 435MT?

Hi,

I am wondering how much longer I have left on this computer before I need to upgrade? It performs good for now since I bought it new. If I decided to upgrade now, do you think that upgrading to a i5 will benefit more than what I have now?

12GB of DDR SDRAM running at 1067MHz
2GB EVGA Geforce 650 GTS
128 SSD Corsair
1.5 TB 3.5" HDD 7200 RPM drive
19-in-1 media card reader with Bluetooth 2.0
16X DVD+/-RW
Sound Blaster Recon PCI-E sound card

I am slowly not playing video card anymore and only using it for streaming audio, web browsing, office stuff.

For office stuff, streaming audio and web browsing, you won't need to upgrade for years.

The system you posted? Aside from hardware failure for the intended uses.... at least a decade given how long the OS will be updated.

My boss's PC was replaced a few months ago from a 400Mhz P3, 128MB, WinXP to a dual-core 2.8Mhz, 3GB, WinXP.
