I'm working on a v-pin cab and I think I made a booboo somewhere cause I can't get the leds to light up. I think the wiring to the LED illuminated buttons are fucked up and the wiring instructions from Groovy game gear just aren't idiot proof.
I have checked all the leds (11) with +/- directly and they all work.

So here's how I did it....

I don't see a resistor in this schematic. You need one to limit the current going to the led.
 
ok so this is how it's supposed to be wired:

The resistor is obviously necessary if your buttons don't have any so I added that for future reference.

Damn this was a pain in the ass because I already wired everything up and thought cool let's rock 'n roll...
 
i have an led-wiz on my arcade setup. im currently at work but can check it when i get home.

the yellow LEDs are a bit weak but they serve their purpose I guess :)

And the cab sure needs a glare guard hehe
