Ok here is my simple question.

Can i connect Video Camera to this card and capture the stuff i recorded if i play it over? The camera only has The yellow Video cable and the black for audio. If not which card shuld i buy?

yea, u can use it
theres a port for "S-Video" on it for ur camera
 
there's another port for "Audio-Out" and another for "Audio-In"
 
Or your souncard's Input is what most vid capture software uses for the audio in
 
The capture card will do exactly what you want it to - I have the same card. However, I use firewire to transfer the files.
