Can't figure this out.
I've got myself a Sony VPCF122FX notebook, it has HDMI and VGA output. I have HDMI already going, but I am wondering if I can use HDMI+VGA+Internal notebook display at the same time...
Not for gaming, just for productivity (for the most part) and being able to surf, do whatnot on middle (laptop monitor) and game on the HDMI output far right monitor.
May be worth me dropping another few hundy into another monitor if I can get that all setup and running.
 
No, you cannot. Only a few laptops can, ATM. Yours cannot, since it only has a nVidia GPU. A certain type of Intel + nVidia setup can, but not all combos can. Some higher end AMD Radeons can, too (HP Envy 17, I think, is one such laptop configged to be able to do so).

Most laptops are limited to 2 active outputs per GPU. Mobility Radeons in the HD5000 and later gen are 5 active outputs (depending on how they are wired). nVidia is still at 2, along with Intel at two.

Desktop GPU are the same, except certain top dog Radeons can go upto 6!!
 
The HP Envy 17 indeed can run an Eyefinity setup on three monitors. I believe the mini DP has to be used.
