Lagoa Multphysics 1.0 Demo

That's quite amazing. This could bring game physics to a whole new level... Like really good fabric on characters... *imagines beauty redefined in-game* =O
 
Looks like its currently used for design/art. I hope gaming gets wind of this.
 
why is this better than other physics engines?
the only real time demos i saw on there are from 1:46 to 2:18 looked pretty basic and seemed to be stuttering (especially the 4 sheets falling on eachother).
All the prerendered stuff is cool, but is it doing something other engines or physics simulations dont?
