A+ and A- are the rate of OK panels in a given batch.
Apple wants 100% REALLY perfect panels.
A batch is considered A- when more than 80% of panels are OK.
When i say OKi mean 5 or less dead/stuck pixels in the panel.
Perfect pixel on ebay means NO dead/stuck pixel.
An A+ batch can have lots of panels with stuck pixels, aslong as there are less than 5 per panel. That's LG standard. Apple wants 100% perfect panels, just like the perfect pixel offers on ebay.
Back to your question: the panels are the same. The PCB are NOT.
Apple 27" is calibrated, slow as hell when it comes to input lag. Apple case is less prone to bending, hence Apple monitors tend to have less backlight bleeding.
If you are a photo professional, Apple is one option. For any other use, the A- panels are more than enough or better than Apple.
The fact that you can buy 3 koreans for the price Apple asks makes it even easier to decide.

The ACD is slow for input lag??? What?? Its less then one frame....
