On my freshly-built PC with a Logitech wireless keyboard + mouse combo, sometimes the keyboard will stop responding to inputs. Thinking this was a problem with the keyboard itself I ordered a replacement keyboard + mouse combo. Unfortunately the same issue persists. Do you think this could be a problem with the motherboard or maybe a software issue? I know when I installed the motherboard (Intel DP55SB) I accidently bent the BIOS reset swich. Could that be causing it? Thanks.

Nope.
If it were me, I'd be trying the mouse/keyboard on another computer to narrow the problem to the computer or keyboard.
You've used two different KBs with the same result so my money's on your computer.
I dunno what model you have or if you've installed any Logitec software but I'm outta ideas anyway.
